The Board of Directors meetings are normally held quarterly on the 3rd Tuesday of the 3rd month of each quarter (March, June, September and December) beginning at 5:30 p.m. for the Executive Meeting and 6:00 p.m. for the General Meeting.

Board meeting are held at 34169 Mazarine Drive, Temecula, CA, 92592. The agenda will be posted at a prominent place or places within the Common Area.
